At Alanya, we seek out the best quality rugs on the market and will provide nothing short of that to our clientele. All rugs come with the guarantee that no child labor is used in the weaving process, and only the best dyes are used, improving over their lifetime and guaranteed not to bleed.

Because we understand the importance of viewing each rug in its potential home, we offer an approval service. After we receive payment for the rug of your choice, we will ship it at our expense. After receiving your new carpet, you have 7 days to decide on your selection. Should you not be fully satisfied, a receipt of insured shipment will be needed on the rug prior to the 8th day to receive a full refund. After the 8th day, the selection may be exchanged for store credit. We reserve the right to charge fees on rugs returned damaged or stained.

Alanya Carpet Gallery uses FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Freight (for extra-large deliveries). Should you wish to use a different service, please specify. We also use Tyvek wrap (material used to wrap houses before they are sided) to ensure protection from the elements as well as protection from objects that could snag the package en-route. We care deeply about our products and would not risk our clients receiving anything less than perfect.
